Garden Inn & Suites Pensacola

Some rooms are under construction because they're in the process of remodeling but the rooms are very clean, the pool, which is closed for the season is still pristine you can tell they do even winter maintenance. The staff is absolutely amazing. They're extremely friendly and any concerns they address immediately. I would recommend if you want a great value and great service this is your place.

Just moved to Florida and have been staying here for about a month and it’s cheap to afford, it’s not as bad as a lot of these reviews, the owners are really so sweet! It’s not a 5 star bed and breakfast but our room wasn’t dirty, there are no bugs, and we are definitely happy with it!

It's not a nice motel but it does what we need. Two beds, cold AC, cable , 20 mins from Pemsecola beach 50 to Destin. We always check for bed bugs they stay on top of that. Maid service is not great. I bring clorox wipes but want an adorable trip to Flordia save hundreds if not thousands. Take kids to do things with that money.

Hotel is going through renovations now. Garbage and trash is left by rude guests, thrown everywhere. It gets all picked up, then overnite more disrespectful guests throw trash out their car windows and dumped next to their cars. Crazy, since garbage cans are just a few feet away. Staff is amazing & always helpful.

This place is very nice and affordable. The rates are great weekly also. The manager, or day shift has really turned this place into a comfortable ,easy place to be. Plus the pool is always clean and it's big,never overcrowded. Property is clean,housekeeping is on point.

It's an older hotel but our room was clean The staff here is wonderful kiki Caroline and Dinesh at the front desk go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. The pool area is clean and the water was great. I haven't seen any of the foolishness that goes on at other places so we would recommend

The first room I checked into, the A/C unit wasn’t functioning however the staff quickly helped me with changing rooms. It’s not some fancy hotel, and it doesn’t try to be. However, it still treats you well. Housekeeping has come every morning I have stayed to give me fresh towels and even made the bed for me. They also took any trash I had. The rooms aren’t the best, but it feels and looks like they did the best with they had. Some small issues: the room I was in, it’s hard to charge my phone as there isn’t an outlet by the bed, so I had to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed to have it next to me for my alarms. There were also very few outlets in the room, and the ones that were there were in relatively weird or unused areas. I had to move the table closer to an outlet to get my computer set up. My suggestion is to bring an extension cable, just in case. The microwaves are smaller than normal, so it’s hard to fit a plate of food to reheat. The mini fridge is small and for some reason didn’t come with any shelves, not a huge problem for me but like I said, small issues. The WiFi in my room was a bit on and off, possibly since I was put in the far back, so I found myself using my mobile hotspot for some more consistency.

These reviews wack. For the price it’s the best you’re gonna find. Nobody knocked on our door or bothered us all weekend. The pools seats could be updated but again for the price it was great! Our room didn’t smell they say no smoking but they don’t care.
